Terms of Service
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms cover your use of traceponse.com and the audits we deliver. Traceponse is operated from Hong Kong. By requesting an audit or using the site, you agree to them. Contact: dev@traceponse.com.
What we provide
Traceponse produces AI search visibility audits for local and service businesses. An audit records what AI answer engines said at the time we ran it, who they recommended or cited, and what we found missing from the client's content. Every audit is reviewed by a person before it is sent.
The free audit
Agencies can request one free white-labeled audit. We will email to confirm the client website and aim to deliver within 48 hours of that confirmation. We may decline a request, for example if the site is outside our scope or the request looks like abuse.
What an audit is not
AI answers vary between runs, engines and users, and they change over time. An audit is evidence of what we observed when we ran it. We do not guarantee any ranking, citation, traffic, leads or revenue, and recommendations are not a promise that following them will produce a particular result.
White-label use
You may present audits to your own clients under your brand. You may not resell the raw audit as a standalone product competing with Traceponse, or misrepresent what the audit found.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate details and only submit sites you are authorized to audit for.
- Do not misuse the site, submit spam, or attempt to disrupt it.
Third-party names
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google and other names on this site belong to their owners. Traceponse is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Liability
The site and audits are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Traceponse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question, which is zero for the free audit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
