Privacy Policy
Last updated 11 October 2026
Traceponse is operated from Hong Kong. This policy explains what we collect when you use traceponse.com, what we do with it, and how to reach us. Questions or requests: dev@traceponse.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into our forms:
- Free audit request: your email address, the client website URL you give us, and an optional question or search you want tested.
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
We do not run advertising pixels or analytics on this site at the time of writing. If we add them, we will update this page first.
How we use it
- To reply to you, confirm the client site, and deliver the audit you requested.
- To contact you about that request or your partnership enquiry.
- To keep a record of past audits so we can compare against them if you ask for a follow-up.
We do not sell your information and we do not share your client's data with other parties.
Audit data
Audits are built from the public answers AI search engines give. We keep each audit internally as a baseline for possible follow-up work. We do not publish it or share it with anyone other than you.
Who processes data for us
- Supabase stores form submissions in a database we control.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and sees ordinary connection data such as IP addresses.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on our pages, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.
- Google Workspace handles our email.
These providers may process data outside Hong Kong, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and audit records for as long as they are useful for the work you asked for, and delete them when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing dev@traceponse.com from the address you used. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it.
